VIMOTION Storyboard, operated by Verisance Corporation Sdn Bhd, is responsible for your personal data under this policy. Contact: admin@vimotion.io.

• Account data — your email address and authentication details.
• Content — reference images and text you upload, and the storyboards and videos you generate.
• Payment metadata — your purchases. Card details are handled directly by Stripe; we do not store card numbers.
• Usage & technical data — log data including IP address and request counts, used to operate the Service and enforce rate limits / prevent abuse.

To provide and operate the Service, process payments, secure the Service and prevent abuse, provide support, improve our features, and comply with legal obligations.

We share data with infrastructure and service providers only as needed to run the Service:

• Supabase — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Vercel — application hosting.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• MUAPI — AI video generation.
• Anthropic — AI text features.
• Upstash — rate limiting.

We keep your data while your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We delete or anonymise data on request or after account closure, subject to legal retention requirements.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your personal data by emailing admin@vimotion.io. We respond within a reasonable period.

We use only essential cookies needed for authentication and to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

The Service is not directed at children under the minimum age required in your jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

Your data may be processed outside Malaysia by the processors listed above, which operate globally. We rely on their safeguards for such transfers.
